Logging into MustardHub

MustardHub does not use passwords.

Instead, access is handled through secure login links sent to your email. This keeps sign-in simple and avoids the need to remember or reset passwords.

You can access MustardHub in a few common ways:

  • By clicking a link in an invite or notification email
  • By visiting the MustardHub area inside the system your Organization uses
  • By opening a saved or bookmarked MustardHub page if you’ve logged in before

If you are not currently signed in, you’ll be prompted to request a login link.

The magic link

A magic link is a secure, one-time login link sent to your email address.

When you click the link:

  • You are signed in automatically
  • No password is required
  • The link works for a limited time and then expires

This helps ensure that only you can access your account, without adding extra steps.

How to request or use a login link

If you’re not signed in, you’ll see a prompt to enter your email address.

  1. Enter the email address associated with your User Account
  2. Select Continue
  3. Check your inbox for the email
  4. Click the link in the message to sign in

Once you’re logged in, you’ll stay signed in on that device. You can safely:

  • Bookmark the page in your browser
  • Save the page to your phone’s home screen

This makes future access faster.

Common login issues and what to check

If you’re having trouble logging in, these are the most common things to verify.

You don’t see the login email

  • Check spam, junk, or filtered folders
  • Make sure you entered the correct email address
  • Wait a few minutes and request the link again

    (For security reasons, the system limits how frequently new links can be sent.)

The login link doesn’t work

  • Login links expire after 24 hours
  • Request a new link and use the email associated with your MustardHub User Account

You’re signed in but don’t see your Organization

  • You may not have access to a Workspace yet
  • Or you may have been deactivated from a Workspace

You still cannot log in
